I saw this pic several weeks ago via someone in Twitter, probably @iMenn (owner of Wordpress theme I’m using). It attracted me immediately. This diagram describes the way to balance 3 field of working; what we do well, what we want to do, and, what we can be paid to do.

I just want to share what I’m using to manage my everyday task. I used to try GTD apps but I didn’t quite work for me because I’m not that good at organizing task with GTD method. After reading the review in SmokingApple, I downloaded SimpleTask and started using it immediately.
