Though I’ve never tried any Focal monitor speakers, but the name of Focal and the design of CMS series make me dream of them. In AES 2009, Focal announces CMS Sub, the subwoofer added into CMS series. It looks nice sitting together with CMS50 or CMS65.

I’ve used this set of folder icons for several months but I forgot to share it on my blog. Hope it’s not too late to share. If you’re Propellerhead’s fan (Reason, Record, Recycle) , you’ll love it. It helps a lot to organize files and folders for Propellerhead software.

Omnisphere from Spectrasonics is an interesting software synthesizer and Jordan Rudess’ skill is godlike. This video is Jordan Rudess demonstrates Omnisphere. It’s very impressive, but I’m not sure which really impress me; the sound of Omnisphere or Rudess’ skill.

Today I looked around Youtube and found these 2 videos. It’s Gary Willis talks about his signature bass by Ibanez. I’ve never tried this bass and I don’t think I’d buy it because it’s fletless and it’s too expensive. By the way, I like its look and design very much.

The new video player of Duocore.tv looks nice, so I send tweet to ask @nytonkla what it is. He replied that it’s Flowplayer. He bought the licence to use with Duocore. Flowplayer is opensource and free to use if you don’t mind its logo showing on the player. Fortunately, there’s a Wordpress plugin which let us use Flowplayer as flash-based video player for FLV and MP4.
