The June’09 issue of Mix magazine is now available online. It features Microsoft Studios in Sound of Picture section. What this studios do are diverse; music, post, live-broadcast, encode and so on.

As the Electronic Entertainment Expo 2009 [E3] is going on, many game studios debut their forthcoming games. Harmonix, the studio which created the original Guitar Hero, debuts the next in Rock Band series, The Beatles. It will be available on 09-09-09, the same date as Propellerhead Record.

This behind-the-scene video which sound designer and re-recording mixer Tom Myers and re-recording mixer Michael Semanick reveal how the sound was designed make the film more interesting to me.
